Lemon drizzle smoothie

Lemon drizzle smoothiePost-yoga Saturday smoothies are back with this delicious lemon drizzle smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp flax seeds

A few dos and don’ts I learned while making this one…

Do: add more honey if you’d like a sweeter taste
Don’t: freeze your banana with the peel still on. It just makes life difficult!
