You know those times in life when you get really busy, and you sort of just stop bothering to look after yourself? 

It starts with a long day and a ‘once-in-a-while’ comfort food treat, and spirals until you can’t even remember what a salad looks like any more.

OK, I’m probably being over dramatic, but I’m really starting to notice what used to be manageable cravings turning into daily mealtime staples that I think about eating at least 90% of the time I’m awake! 

That’s why I’ve decided to revisit a selection of green recipes to help me kickstart a springtime wellbeing routine. They’re delicious, nutritious, and I’ve collated them just in time for St Patrick’s Day, so their colour couldn’t be more fitting – what better excuse to enjoy eating something that’s a little better for you?
